President Goodluck Jonathan was presented with the forensic audit report of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on Monday, Februray 2, 2015.
The report was launched after the former CBN governor, Sanusi Lamido alleged that oil funds had gone missing from the coffers of the NNPC.
Sanusi reported the unremitted oil funds before leaving office and stated that $20 billion was missing.
The audit of NNPC was ordered by Minister of Finance, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and was carried out by PriceWater House Cooper.
