Cristiano Ronaldo has split up with his girlfriend Irina Shayk.
The Real-Madrid star, who earlier this week won Fifa’s Ballon d’Or confirmed his split from his Russian model girlfriend Irina Shayk, according to Portuguese press reports.
According to the Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha, sources within Ronaldo’s inner circle, claimed he had told his family that his relationship with Irina was over.
The article featured the following headline: “CR7 confirms to his family that he is separated. He has finished his romance of nearly five years with Irina.”
Rumours of thir break-up start this week when Irina who only follows 33 people on Twitter, appeared to publicly unfollow his boyfriend of four years on the social networking site.
She was also not present in Zurich, Switzerland, on Monday, when Ronaldo won his third prestigious FIFA Ballon d’O award.
